of faithful ground.

From a small gathering of believers to a three-campus ministry reaching thousands, the story of TOPCI is still being written.

2003 — The Beginning
Tabernacle of Praise is Founded
Bishop TJ McBride and Lady Shunnae McBride plant Tabernacle of Praise in McDonough, Georgia, with a vision to build a Spirit-filled community where every need is met through praise.
The Early Years — Growth
McDonough Campus Expands
The McDonough congregation grows rapidly. Multiple Sunday services are added to accommodate a growing family of believers across Henry County.
Campus Expansion
Jonesboro Campus Opens
TOPCI extends its reach into Clayton County with the opening of the Jonesboro campus, bringing the same Spirit-filled worship experience to a new community.
Continued Growth
Griffin Campus Opens
The Griffin campus launches in Spalding County, making TOPCI a true multi-campus ministry reaching across South Metro Atlanta.
Education & Legacy
TOP Christian Academy & Early Learning
TOP Christian Academy (K–8th grade) and TOP Early Learning Center open — extending the ministry's investment into the next generation through faith-based education.
2024 — Higher Education
TOPCI Bible College Launches
In 2024, TOPCI launched the Tabernacle of Praise Church International Bible College (TOPBC), partnered with Christian Life School of Theology Global (CLSTG), equipping believers with a deeper theological foundation and Spirit-led academic training.
Today — 2026

Pastor Oliver J. Haney III

Pastor Oliver J. Haney III serves as Pastor of the Jonesboro Campus of Tabernacle of Praise Church International under the visionary leadership of Bishop Timothy McBride and Pastor Shunnae McBride. With a heart for people and a passion for developing disciples, he is committed to strengthening families, cultivating leaders, reaching generations, and advancing the Kingdom throughout Jonesboro and beyond.

An Atlanta native and Morehouse College alumnus, Pastor Haney accepted the call to preach and teach the Gospel at a young age. Before joining Tabernacle of Praise, he founded Faith Driven Life Church of God in Christ in 2013 and served as its Senior Pastor for more than a decade. He also brings more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience with Fiserv, Vonage, and Accenture.

Pastor Haney is lovingly supported by his wife, Attorney Tiffany Haney, and they are the proud parents of Olivia Monet, Oliver Joseph IV, and Taylor Lorinne.
