T.J. McBride is an anointed minister, teacher, prophet and much sought after minstrel for the Body of Christ. Born and raised in a "holiness" home, he learned at an early age that without the anointing of the Holy Ghost, you are nothing more than an entertainer. His love for the Lord is evident in his service that he renders unto the Lord and His people.  

At the tender age of six, God began to develop him into a talented musician.   He became a percussionist in his early years and later developed the gift to play the keyboards. At a young age, he was blessed to travel all over the world with the San Francisco Youth Symphony Orchestra, where his love and profession was the percussion section.   He then went on to study at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music where he obtained a bachelor's degree in music, which also allotted him the ability to specialize in different genres of music such as classical, gospel, jazz, Latin, etc. Also during his musical career he has been honored to write, produce and play on recordings for Helen Baylor, GMWA Mass Choir, Edwin Hawkins Music & Arts Seminar, Bible Way Christian Center, Heirs to the Throne, Jason Bitten, Divine Faith Ministries International and many others.   He is also the founder of the Heritage Youth Choir which has two recordings under their belt within a 6 month period.   "Let the River Flow" is Pastor TJ's first release.

God has truly bestowed blessings upon this young man of God.   He was used as a "Joshua" to carry the sons and daughters of Tabernacle of Praise to the promised land.   After much warfare from the city, who didn't want TOP to move to their current home, God instructed the Man of God to "Be strong and courageous, for you will lead my people to  possess the land...Be strong and very courageous!   Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go!".  

T.O.P. is a church that has become a buzz in McDonough, GA.   God is using T.O.P. in the city to feed people physically and spiritually, clothe the naked and minister to the whole man.   Pastor TJ has such a hunger for souls and the youth.   He has established ministries to win the lost at any cost.  Jesus told His disciples that the harvest is plenteous and the laborers are few.   We thank God that our Man of God is not just a great preacher but a laborer winning souls for Christ.

Pastor TJ has been happily married to his wife and partner in ministry Shunnae McBride and together they have three awesome children; Ashli, Andrew and Alexis.

Shunnae McBride was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. Though she grew up in a single parent home, she always knew there was something different about her. She was often found hanging out with one of her favorite people in the world, her Grandmother, Mother Leola Henderson who is gone to be with the Lord. Through "hanging with Grandma", she learned not only practical life matters, but spiritual nuggets. Mother Henderson would often speak words over her that have come to pass this day, she often sang to and over her while she was sleeping and knew she was one of her "favorites" as she told all the grandkids.

When asked about the importance of her relationship with the Lord, her answer was, "I take my walk with the Lord VERY serious. There was a time when I thought nothing about my relationship with God. That after tarrying on the altar for hours and speaking in tongues, that all my problems would be solved and I had gone as high as I am supposed to go in God. But through daily communion and fellowship with the Lord, I learned that I was supposed to be doing great exploits in the earth, I was empowered with the baptism of the Holy Ghost to be a witness and win souls for the Lord, my hands were supposed to be used to lay hands on the sick that they recover. Once I realized what I was supposed to be doing, I asked God to uproot my religious mindset about being saved and teach me again what His plans for my life were. God took me through years of purging, purifying, tearing down and building up, having to forgive those that abandoned me, those that humiliated me, hurt me, abused me, it was painful to relive, but I wanted God so much it didn't matter. In that time, I fell in love with God like never before. Even though I am the Praise & Worship Leader at my church, I am not a singer nor a sanger as we like to say, nor have I ever claimed to be. I am a worshipper. God did not call me to sang, but to lead people into the presence of the Lord. As a worship leader, you must understand you cannot take people where you don't have access. No matter what I am doing, whether it is preaching, teaching or leading worship, I do it as unto the Lord. One thing that I always pray for, and that is to never be known as the girl who could sang, the girl with the bad shoes, the one with the bad suits or whatever, but I want to always be know as the one that when she worships the cloud shows up, when she preaches, it makes me want to draw closer to the Lord, I want to fast more, pray more, seek the Lord for more wisdom. I want the word to be made flesh before the eyes of the people and my prayer is always, Lord manifest your word that the people may know YOU are real."

Pastor Shunnae serves along side her husand as Co-Pastor of Tabernacle of Praise Church International. Pastor Shunnae currently serves as the Praise & Worship Leader, Director of Women's Ministry, Teen X-treme Bible Study Instructor and Executive Pastor of Tabernacle of Praise. She is also a proud mommy to 3 prophetic children Ashli, Andrew & Alexis.
